Good for birthday and special occasion shirts and other low quantity orders, Heat-Transfer excels in areas where screen printing and vinyl do not.

Why Heat-Transfer?

You may consider Heat-Transfer if your order is less than our screen printing minimum of 12 garments. Heat-Transfer can be used for designs that feature full color photographs, while vinyl can only be used for solid silhouettes. Heat-Transfer is often used for toddler or infant apparel, when the garments are too small to be screen printed.

How it Works

Once your design is finalized, it is printed on professional Heat-Transfer paper (not to be mistaken with iron-ons). Your design is then cut out and pressed onto the shirt using a commercial Heat Press.

Pricing

Due to the amount of labor put into each garment, Heat-Transfer is generally more expensive than screen printing. There are no bulk discounts for Heat-Transfers.

Turnaround Time

Please allow at least 5-7 business days for us to fulfill you heat-transfer order. We can often accommodate quicker turnarounds, but please give us a call to find out our availability.

Please note: we rarely can offer same day turnaround due to our workload.
